Well, another year has gone by, and guess what? It’s my birthday. yup, it’s been a crazy 07′ which just ended and with the new year brings my birthday right behind it. as a child this was pretty cool, but could be bad with the date being so close to Christmas that some gifts were put off until my birthday which i became use to, or i would try to split things up between the two.

Whatever, this year I didn’t have a big party cause sometimes trying to get all of that together is just more of a pain than it’s worth. well, it can be worth it, but at this point i am a bit too busy to get it together. what i have planned for my birthday is pretty much between me and my girlfriend. we’ll get out on the town for a bit and keep it on a lower keyed note than normal. you’d know why if you read my Happy New Years blog.

We went to down town Ft. Worth and ate at 8.0 a restaurant in the downtown area. I wasn’t sure where to go, but she wanted to try something new and she’s never been to Ft. Worth so i was more than willing to ablige her and go out there. I looked this place up on guidelive, but in Ft. Worth it was hard to find something that would be open that late and not cost $$$. it was good times and she really hooked me up for my birthday.

guys don’t you love it when you may have been talking about something for weeks before your birthday and you girl actually listened and got it although you weren’t really trying to hint anything to her. well, with my new year comes my new gear. i’m throwing out possibly 40% of my waredrobe to upgrade it and she got me some gift cards to possibly cover the deal…well, it probably could have but the places she got them for are pretty expensive for the nice gear. Express and Metropark. both awesome. newayz, she hooked me up and her birthday is in February. i wonder if she was just setting me up. you know…raising the bar for me to have to cover it myself. no problem though because she’s awesome and deserves the world.
